Foooodddd ideassss
I really want to try and go vegan. It is soooo easy for me when I am at home and during the week, but once the week is over or I am invited to go out to dinner..I fail. Why?
1. I wanna be healthier and happier
2. I love animals and I do not want to think about them being slaughtered and then ending up on my plate
3. I do not want to ruin the earth
4. Plants taste better than rotting flesh
that is not so complicated, is it?
I need to find a way to keep this journey accountable for, and I think that keeping a digital journal of it could help me. I know I will have some slip ups, but what matters is I will try and I hopefully will succeed!
